Our Products

Connected Vehicle (CV) Technologies
Are equipment, applications, or systems that use V2X communications to address safety, system efficiency, or mobility on our roadways.
The CV concept uses data from short-range communication broadcasts and peer-to-peer exchanges within approximately 300 meters to “sense” what other travelers (vehicles, bicyclists, pedestrians, wheelchairs, motorcycles, buses, trucks, and others) are doing and identify potential hazards. These vehicles connect to a network for bi-directional communications between vehicles (cars, trucks, buses and trains) and other vehicles, mobile devices and infrastructure for the purpose of triggering important communications and events.
ZEFERE AUTOMATIC GUIDED VEHICLE (AGV’s)
Are equipment, applications, or systems that use V2X communications to address safety, system efficiency, or mobility on our roadways.
Typical AGV applications include transportation of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods in support of manufacturing production lines. Roll-handling AGVs specifically handle heavy rolls of steel or paper. AGVs can navigate the facility using several guidance technologies including floor-surface
mounted magnetic tapes, lasers, optical sensors, and inertial guidance systems.

Digital Twin For Virtual Warehouse
Digital twins are an accurate, updated digital representation of the real-world warehouse environment. Digital twins can be connected to physical assets that enable live
monitoring as well as prediction and dynamic optimisation of warehousing processes The integrated digital twin models predict material delivery schedule based on real time
data from the warehouse to optimise scheduling of the AGV fleet.
IIoT Freight Sensors
Fright sensors will increase visibility and help management make better business decisions that will maximize revenue per trailer and revenue per mile. This gives companies the flexibility to add any number of sensors to meet their specific use case needs, as well as the flexibility to install the number of hardware devices needed to fit their trailer lengths. The type of operational and environmental data gained from IIoT sensors can help companies get tighter grip on quality control, on-time deliveries and product forecasting. Companies also have access to all historical data and complex reporting, which is useful for identifying trailer utilization trends and route inefficiencies.

Freight Optimization
Freight Tracking Sensors can track the whole container and also trace shipments down to the individual item until it is delivered to the destination point. Asset Tracking with RFIDs and GPS Sensors enable tracking of products from cradle to grave.

GPS Fleet Tracking
Delivery Vehicle Tracking sensors in conjunction with Map Technologies can monitor vehicle parameters like Fuel Consumption, Vehicle Mileage and driver behavior

Vehicle Fleet Communication
Freight Volumetric Sensors monitor everything from cargo height and cubic volume utilization to unused space from the rear trailer door and can be combined with other sensors such as trailer door status (open or close) to give the full picture of what’s happening behind their trucks.

Carrier Management
Freight Tracking Sensors can track the whole container and also trace shipments down to the individual item until it is delivered to the destination point. Asset Tracking with RFIDs and GPS Sensors enable tracking of products from cradle to grave.

Cost Control
Predictive maintenance allows fleets to stay on top of preventive maintenance, reducing the likelihood of expensive repairs and costs associated with excessive vehicle downtime.

Reporting & Analytics
Review maintenance records to help understand related costs or budgeting for upcoming services, reduce costly, unexpected repair bills and keep vehicles on the road longer.

Route and Load Optimization
For fleets suddenly shifting to a delivery-only model, routing helps them efficiently reach
customers while improving productivity.

Asset Management
Asset tracking helps fleets monitor equipment and on-site assets to improve security, utilization and uptime. Asset tracking can be used to capture data on powered equipment
like tractors, excavators, bulldozers, cranes and paving equipment, as well as non-powered assets like generators, lifts, containers, trailers, tanks and dumpsters.

Integration and mobile access
One platform with software integrations for all your fleet’s needs, and mobile apps that provide flexibility for fleet managers and technicians on the go.
